Moscelyne ParkeHarrison grew up in The Berkshires, MA and is a graduate of The Juilliard School where she received the Artist as Citizen Award. Moscelyne dances professionally on the East and West Coast, primarily with Post:ballet where she also serves as Associate Artistic Director and Resident Choreographer. She is the director of NEFA and MassCulturalCouncil award-winning dance collective BODYSONNET. She teaches dance at ODC, Lines Dance Center and Training Program, Berkeley Ballet Theater and City Dance. Moscelyne aims to cultivate a classroom that encourages joy and rigor in her Beginning Ballet and CONTINUUM Advanced Contemporary class. Finding connectivity is a particularly important element of her teaching style - whether that be through embodiment, musicality, or the joy of moving as a collective.
