    This class series will draw upon Contact Improvisation's roots as a performance project and review the skills and techniques that this form has brought to us over the last 45 years. Our training and investigation intends to expand our partnering vocabulary and to help us safely improvise in a fast-paced dynamic environment.  Dancers will be offered the somatic and architectural tools to know how to lift and how to be lifted regardless of size and strength.
