We are looking forward to welcoming you on March 6th for ODC’s 2026 Dance Downtown Gala. Below, you’ll find important information that will help you make the most of your evening with us.

Gala Evening Schedule

5:00 PM | Welcome Reception at YBCA Theater Lobby (700 Howard Street)
6:00 PM | Dinner at The Forum at YBCA
8:00 PM | Performance at The Blue Shield of California Theater at YBCA
9:30 PM | After-Party at W San Francisco

Attire: Festive. Cocktail or Black Tie with a celebratory flair

Dinner Entree Selection, Dietary Preferences, and Accessibility Needs

Fill out the Dance Downtown Gala - Guest Information Form by Friday February 20th to select your dinner entree and to let us know of any dietary preferences (e.g. allergies) or accessibility needs.

Venue, Event Arrival and Check-In

For Gala Table Hosts and their Guests and Gala Regular, Sponsor, and Parent Advisory Group Ticket Holders:
The Gala evening will begin at The Blue Shield of California Theater at YBCA located at 700 Howard Street in San Francisco. Upon arrival, please head up the stairs where our Gala Check-In stations will be. 

For Performance & After-Party Ticket Holders:
If you purchased a Performance & After-Party Ticket, your evening will begin with the performance at YBCA Theater (8:00 PM performance; check-in begins at 7:30 PM). Please enter the YBCA Theater building from the 700 Howard Street entrance and look for the Gala Check-In table. This year, we are pleased to host the After-Party at W San Francisco, directly across from YBCA!
