Contemporary Jazz with Lynn Brilhante
September 21 - November 16, 2025
Sundays, 2:30-4:00
In this workshop we’ll dig deep into the Contemporary Jazz vocabulary. Dance experience is a plus but your spirit, your energy and your passion to dance and explore movement are the most important components. We will joyfully tap into your creative voice and build a safe, expressive, energy-filled experience designed to strengthen you as a dancer and as a performer. Through the course of the workshop, we’ll create a fun, hard hitting, high energy, percussive piece with an urban feel. All levels - leaning to intermediate+. Let’s Dance!!!

Rhythm & Motion - Modern with Jessica Lutes
September 21 - November 16, 2025
Sundays, 1:00-2:30
Students will take part in the creation and performance of a modern and contemporary dance piece built from existing choreography and movement phrases from the Rhythm & Motion Modern Program. No prior performance experience is required, and participation in the R&M Modern Program is not necessary - though it may help make the process feel more familiar. This is a unique opportunity to perform a five-minute work that will take your skills from the studio to the stage through a rehearsal process that honors and celebrates the individuality of each dancer. Step into this creative journey and experience the excitement of sharing your dancing with a live audience.

Modern Technique with Nol Simonse
September 24 - November 12, 2025
Wednesdays, 8:30-9:30PM
In this workshop, we will make a dance together! Dancers will create movement using specific choreographic tasks designed to break you out of your habits. We will work on dancing cleanly, beautifully, and efficiently- alone and in groups. We will increase our flow, musicality, and performance energy. We will have a relationship with space, and each other, and (hopefully) we’ll have a good time as well! This workshop is great for any dancer wanting to deepen their practice. It is geared towards intermediate dancers, but all are welcome. This is a great place for any dancer looking to push themselves and experience the joys of dancing with others!
All ticket sales are final. Performances, dancers, and guest artists subject to change.
