Cathleen McCarthy

Cathleen McCarthy- BFA Dance- Purchase College. She danced in the companies of Kevin Wynn, Larry Clark, Cliff Keuter, Della Davidson, Joanna Haigood and as a guest artist. She was the founder and Artistic Director of Summerfest/dance- an annual festival for choreographers and awarded an IZZIE (Isadora Duncan Dance Award) for “Sustained Achievement” in 2011. She is a Z Health Master Trainer, certified in Pilates and GYROTONIC. She is Lecturer Emeritus at San Francisco State University where she taught for twenty two years. Modern Dance 1-4, Dance Medicine, Dance Conditioning, Organizational Strategies, Composition and was the Director of University Dance Theater.
