Corie Altaffer

Corie Altaffer is a dancer, art maker, and explorer. Originally from San Francisco, Corie moved back to the Bay Area after a ten-year adventure following her life’s greatest passion, dance. She has a Bachelors of Arts in Dance from the University of California, Irvine. In 2007, Corie began a career with the Walt Disney Company traveling the world performing and sharing joy with others. She has worked in the corporate world as well as non-profit, and now happily calls herself self-employed. Throughout her career she has been a performer, leader, choreographer, teacher, manager, and student.  Her life has been a sequence of adventures and discoveries and Rhythm & Motion is no exception.

She believes that our bodies know our truths and it is vital that we allow those truths to be seen, heard, and loved.
