Kendall Charrow

Kendall Charrow grew up in San Francisco where she studied dance with the most talented and respected teachers in the city. She began teaching and choreographing for Rhythm & Motion in 1987 where she developed her passion for teaching dance classes to students of all levels and abilities. As a certified Essentrics class instructor, she brings this passion into a strengthening, stretching and restorative movement practice to beginners and experienced movers alike.
