Kendall Charrow

Raised in San Francisco, Kendall Charrow grew up training under premier local dance instructors. Her passion for inclusive movement blossomed during her years as an instructor and choreographer for the Rhythm & Motion Dance Program, where she built extensive experience teaching students of every age and skill level. That path naturally led her to Essentrics, where she helps students build strength, mobility, and a joyful connection to movement. Today, Kendall brings that same enthusiasm and care to her Essentrics classes at ODC Dance School in San Francisco and the Peninsula Jewish Community Center (PJCC).
