ODC Theater Presents Bobbi Jene Smith's Lost Mountain
November 12-15, 8:00 PM
Lost Mountain is an AMOC production.
Lost Mountain draws inspiration from the catastrophic and sublime machinations of geological forces to create an abstract and emotionally visceral narrative. A series of vignettes with live music brings together an ensemble of remarkable artists from around the world including former Batsheva and Punch Drunk performers. Following her critically acclaimed works, A Study on Effort and With Care (both in collaboration with violinist/ writer Keir GoGwilt), Lost Mountain continues to connect musicians and dancers through dialogues of rhythm, gesture, and song. Performances and live music by Evan Copeland, Ariel Freedman, Keir GoGwilt, Coleman Itzkoff, Ravid Kahalani, Jesse Kovarsky, Yiannis Logothetis, Marta Miller, Or Schraiber, and Bobbi Jene Smith.
In 2020 ODC is offering a limited number of lower-cost Art Access tickets to every ODC presented performance. These additionally subsidized tickets, available on a first come, first serve basis, are reserved for those for whom price is a barrier. These tickets are available at checkout.
We know living in the Bay Area is expensive. We also highly value the art onstage and are invested in supporting the artists that create it. Ticket prices only cover a small fraction of the resources invested in the performance and we strive to make them as accessible as possible. Continued financial support through ticket purchases and charitable donations from people like you make Art Access tickets possible.
All ticket sales are final. Performances, dancers, and guest artists subject to change.
