We’ll all learn a combination together – half a chorus – then everyone will invent a half chorus to share. We’ll look at the relationship of traditional tunes to slower, simpler step rhythms – and feel the story-telling power of torque and diagonal in the body. These are sessions for tap dancers of some ability – but if you want to come just to try to capture the movement, you’re welcome.
