With a fleshy and alivened bend, this class will focus on advanced contemporary technique and improvisation. We will begin with an improvisational warmup in center navigating various images and concepts to guide our bodies through the physical space and in contact with one another. The class will then progress to focusing on alignment, technique, and core through guided phrase work. Carly brings a passion for illuminating the idiosyncrasies of each students movement and creating community in the studio.
